Often times, we hear about these "Self Help" speakers, books, podcasts, or videos on the internet. But Mindfulness is a practice that our minds and bodies actually tend to do naturally, we just ignore or unintentionally generate outcomes that we don't want.
In other words, we normally are aware about things happening, but not as much today because of so many distractions such as media, people, places to be etc.
With intentional Mindfulness, we can be focused on what we want out of our life, and take control of where we are going.
