Todays topic is nutrition and healthy eating. It’s a two part episode where in the first half I will walk you through the basics of nutrition and how we need to balance our eating to be healthy and have energy. In the second part of the show, we will be joined by Registered Dietitian Adrianna Smallwood who is the spokesperson for the Deititians of Canada here in Newfoundland – she is going to give us some great tips on how to eat healthy as we physically distance.
