Welcome to Life Revelations from Breast Cancer, and if this is the first time you are listening to the podcast, I welcome you to this community. In this episode we continue to talk about how to take good care ourselves during chemotherapy. There are some side effects we may experience with chemotherapy and treatments, that we can approach practically, without resorting to additional medications. And while the chemo is doing it’s job or removing the cancer from our bodies, as one of my doctors said me, is that it is our job to make sure we get the chemo out of our systems. But I want to add to that, and that is to take care of the effects it has on our bodies, so that when we are finished with the chemotherapy and treatments, we don’t succumb to a lot of the damage. Instead when we are finished we will be focused on continuing our wellness, and embrace some change in our lives. We want to be ready for the prosperity of this change, and embrace new meaning in our lives. As a gentle reminder, always check in with your doctor or nurses, so that none of these practical tips will interfere with your treatments
In this podcast, we will talk about some of the practical ways to take our our teeth, nails and our skin. I will then share some of the revelations that can be learned from it.
