Episode #4 – Questioning the Universe
In this episode Jack and I question the universe. We start by talking about those unique moments when a series of events unfold in such a way that you are forced to ask yourself if there really is a such thing as coincidence. We then briefly discuss how amazing it is that some autistic individuals have access to unique abilities that are unprecedented. Before heading onto deeper discussions such as what it would be like to live a life completely free of bias and opinions.
Is not having opinions beneficial? Do opinions and bias create a filter that misguide us?

Challenge:
Be conscious of your thoughts and actions. Whether it’s for an hour, a day, a week, or a month. Give a portion of your time to listening to your thoughts as if though they are not really your thoughts. Then ask yourself if those are the thoughts you wish to be having. Be sure to notice thoughts or actions that you’ve previously never truly noticed, such as instinctive actions like turning off the morning alarm. Spend a moment away from yourself, and live within the present.
