Also you can tell recycling is a mental trick because of all the crazy people who through clothes, cats, and furniture in it.

Production Meeting - Should we move on from Garbage?  Perhaps to something else with similar repetition? Driving?  Eating?

Zero attention has been paid to raising awareness about it recycling (because it was all just going to China regardless) but also because technological improvements change the game all the time.

Recycling tips:

• Don't remove bottle caps or else they won't get recycled typically instead they fall out of the waste stream or if we are lucky end up in a landfill.  So you think you are trying to help because, separating different types of plastic is good but the recycling plant is designed to receive them as one unit and separates them with machines so even good intentions cause issues.  
• Also black plastic is worthless.  It can't be mixed with other colors without ruining them and a lot of it is used for oil containers and industrial equipment so it's poison.  Recycling plants just send black plastic to the landfill anyways so don't bother recycling it.
• There is an 8 step process for figuring out how to recycle oil containers...it includes calling your garbage company, and maybe just turning them into pots….
