We've got a home brewed 'Session Ale' with an ABV too high to be labelled a 'Session' beer. My 'Session/American Pale Ale' is called 'George Washington Liberty Ale'... The 'All-American' homebrew competition still isn't over so I've got a fair few 'American Ales' to get through. We talk about the recipe, and the brewing process. We compare this beer to a commercial equivalent in 'Segment 2', and finalise the show in 'Segment 3' by tasting, and guessing the style, and hopefully the brewer, of a commercially brewed craft beer.
