James Hamilton is the Senior Vice President, Quality in Protection at Gavin de Becker & Associates.  He leads a dedicated group of protection professionals who conduct audits of their client's protective programs and make improvements, where needed, to ensure their defensive strategies are in line with their client's unique needs. James serves as one of the firm's primary consultants in Active Shooter prevention and response, Executive Protection Gap Analysis, Residential Security Assessments, and Travel Security Awareness training for employees.
