In today's episode, I invite you back to the classroom with me. 

This is the story of a scar on my body being massaged and deep waters within me being stirred. A moment when a touch in my life became a projector, quietly illuminating a long-forgotten story from my childhood. 

In a way, it's a meditation on scars at witnesses, the evidence of events that have literally, left their marks on each of us. It's the telling of the strange and tender moment my past rose up unbidden, not to overwhelm, but to be seen, allow healing and create a new awareness within me.
