In this episode, I dive into what doing the “inner work” really means, based on personal experience and how beneficial it has truly been to my own life. The act of being present and mindful of feelings is an underrated tool to live with a more positive and impactful outcome. I have seen this firsthand in others whom are extremely emotionally intelligent and regulated, and in the progress I’ve made for myself ever since really putting in the muscle to do inner work consistently.
