Welcome to Jenna and Alex's epic equestrian journey through the trails, pastures, and rings of nostalgia as they attempt to turn Tim into a full-fledged Horse Girl! 

  1. Combine oil, corn syrup, brown sugar, water, salt in a small saucepan over med heat.
  • Stir while bringing to a boil, then use a candy thermometer to bring to 300 degrees F or hard crack stage.
  • When it reaches about 275 degrees F, start cooking the popcorn according to package directions.
  • When candy has reached the right temp, add vanilla and remove from heat.
  • Pour hot popcorn into large plastic or glass bowl and quickly pour the candy mix on top.
  • Stir so that the candy coats all the pieces.
  • Serve and enjoy.
