I sat down with Marlaina Pate, the Founder of the app Organically Grounded. Marlaina began her health and wellness journey when she was diagnosed with scoliosis at the age of 10 years old. She wanted to be proactive and ensure that she was treating her scoliosis early on to help with her future. Marlaina soon realized that treating scoliosis and learning different techniques was expensive and not everyone had the means to do it. Finding this gap led her to her starting a website and app to provide those with scoliosis different workouts to lengthen and strengthen their spine as well as sharing a plethora of information she had learned throughout her journey.
We also discuss living in Los Angeles, the modeling industry, putting together events, starting her app as well as a fun Zink After Dark rapid fire.
