𝐘𝐄𝐒,  you can make as many offers as you want, and it is legal to do it. You  should have multiple offers as a strategy over this competitive market.  You might not get the one you like most but maybe you will get the  second one you like most without losing time waiting for the first offer  to be rejected or not.
