Ryan Rua was drafted in the 17th round of the 2011 MLB Draft, becoming the first player drafted from Division II Lake Erie College.  After a great professional career with the Texas Rangers, Rua has recently transitioned to coaching for the T3 Warhawks.  In this episode, he talks about his career, and how that has affected how he coaches his athletes.  A lot of great insight in this conversation for not only athletes, but also for parents of athletes.
