This week Struggle Creates Strength heads over to Nashville, Tennessee where Skylar Stierwalt shares her incredible story. This is not the first time Skylar is sharing her story and, in fact, she continues using Tik Tok to advocate mental health frequently. In 2019 Skylar made the courageous decision to embrace her past struggles and create a viral video that briefly, but powerfully described her past. The feedback she received from the video blew her away and ultimately kickstarted her mental health advocacy. Today, she shares her story with great pride and is in hopes that everyone can realize their worth and  embrace who they truly are.
