Identifying your “Why” is not just blatantly stating why you do something, but it’s truthfully acknowledging where your “Why” comes from and who it’s actually for. More often than not people’s goals are set in the hopes of being accepted by someone else rather than simply just being happy. 

Whatever your goals are or whatever you’re breaking your back to achieve, it’s important you ask yourself who these goals are for and why you are chasing them. Forget the ego, the social status, the bullshit, and start becoming introspective and accepting of what you want and why! 

Constantly Identify your “Why” and watch your life change forever.

This week Brayden Gingrich and I dove deep into our 121km run that we did to advocate suicide prevention. From the second Brayden picked me up at the airport I knew it was going to be a life changing week and indeed it was.

The running allowed us both to discover and grow internally, but the week in its entirety allowed us to see the wisdom that we each carried. We built a connection and constantly fed off of each others perspective on life. Brayden’s wisdom and motivation is something that every person needs to hear!

Thank you Brayden for allowing me to join your CRAZY adventure and create an ever lasting memory. See you next year for 100miles.
