This week we talk about amongst other things, Christina's underwear issues (you'll hear),w e talk mindset and breaking through those mental barriers we set earlier on in life. Winter can be such a hard time for most of us and the weather doesn't help. We should really be doing what we naturally would and slow down. Almost like a hibernation. It all started when Christina was given THIS BOOK by a friend last year. It's supposed to be just about unlocking earning potential but it transformed her life because she finally realised why she was self sabotaging her weight loss. The book is called Get Rich Lucky Bitch by Denise Duffield-Thomas.
