Today I pulled up a chair and chatted with Casting Director, Lisa Zambetti. She cast a slew of things, but most recently Criminal Minds. We dove deep and she addressed the State of the Industry right now, she shared some HARD DATA on what she's seen with actors that have booked and gave some GREAT words of wisdom on why the clothes in your closet make the best wardrobe for your characters…I'd never thought of it this way.
