Expectations can keep us very stuck if we don't allow for the opportunity for things to change. When we simply remain open to other options, it's amazing what the Universe will do for you.

In the episode, Laura talks about how her reality has changed as many of the expectations she had for how things would normally go are no longer being met. This is a really good thing, but it can be a little unsettling the first few times it happens.
