How much of your life is based on need versus want?
Do you truly enjoy your life or are you still living a life that is based on necessity and other people?
What if it's possible to shift the imbalance and not just wait for things to be painful?
Join me in today's episode where I talk about the difference between need and want and how to find balance between the two. It doesn't have to be scary or hard.

Grief is meant to be a contained experience, not a life long process. The major pain needs to be felt and released instead of identified with.
In this episode, I talk about grief, how to keep it contained, and what the process can look like when awareness is brought to it and it is better understood.

Having made a very firm choice to heal and move forward no matter what has made all the difference in my ability to keep going on this journey. I have a lot of drive and determination that I use to push myself forward regularly. Do you have that for yourself? Are you willing to do that for yourself? Let's talk about it.
In today's episode I'm talking about making that firm choice to heal along with how to manage some of the challenges that come up along the way. Tune in and let me know what you think.

We get taught to let the outside world affect us, whether it needs to or not. It is one of my missions in life to help stop this cycle of permanent unhappiness that people are in because they cannot disconnect from the chaos around them.
In this episode, I'm showing you how to begin to disconnect from some of the chaos around you without blocking everything out or never caring about anything or anyone again. What I'm showing you is that disconnecting doesn't mean not caring, it just means we show we care differently. Come have a listen to learn more.

People overreact and blow things out of proportion all the time. it's a common human thing to do.
In this episode, I'm talking about why we do these things and how to stop ourselves from doing them. Yes, it takes a little bit of work but learning how to manage and accept your own behavior is an important part of the healing process.

Biology is the body parts you're born with. Gender identity is how you dress up the body. The two are not nor should they ever be connected to each other.
Listen in as I talk about these concepts and why they need to be separate from each other.
We need to make it okay for people to be who they are without worries about labels and body parts!

Today I'm offering the first 30 minutes or so of Cut Out the Doubt. This was a live presentation I did last week.
During this 30 minute clip I'm talking about my own life experience, a little bit about why we're here and what the point is to this experience anyway, plus I'm talking about where our focus is and what that does to how we're thinking.

Today was kind of a catch-up episode talking about all the things that have shifted in the last couple of weeks and where that's led me. it's been a fascinating journey that as always, I love to share with you in as many ways as I can.
The whole point of all this is to give you permission to shift. It's okay to change it up and do your own thing. Allow your life to change around you. You'll be so surprised what happens when you do that and you'll find it's not nearly as scary as your brain would have you believe. The world does not fall apart when you change things, it actually comes together beautifully.
If you enjoyed this episode, please like, share, and subscribe. It would help me tremendously.
