As a spiritual person, I'll be quick to say it's not all love & light - especially while trying to navigate my emotions while recovering from a concussion - I feel off and I'm trying to hold space for myself.

Have to be in the darkness before you can bring anything to light in my opinion.

Sometimes you just want to say: "f off with the love and light...I chose violence today." hahaha jk
