In today's episode I reflected on the magic that was the Spacious Oasis 2022 retreat!!!! 

In the spirit of coming off of mine and Perry Layne's delicious retreat, I invite you guys to do a little breathing with me to ground in the beginning of this episode, I also talk about the energy shifts in this year’s retreat versus last year, some clarity I got in an Akashic Records reading I got right before my retreat, me releasing the need to control, what I felt I walked away with and so much more!
