As Jin's temper returns, Sun is reminded of their struggles to conceive a baby, and the necessary steps she decided to take in order to secretly learn English. Though they thought they could never become parents, here on the Island Sun seems to be feeling symptoms of morning sickness. Could she be pregnant? Meanwhile, Ana Lucia gets fed up with Jack and Locke and decides to go on a side quest with Sayid and Charlie. We're sure that won't be awkward in the slightest!
