My guest today is Michael Kandler. Michael grew up in Georgia and tried a few different routes before discovering Chick-Fil-A. After going through their Leadership Development Program and being selected to be an Operator, he now serves as an Operator in Alice, TX.

Michael cares deeply about others and does an amazing job of investing in them. He currently has multiple team members who he hopes to help become Operators in the future.
