The way I built my program, you go through 6 different modules in order to overcome your stutter. Dealing with stuttering my entire life, I have found what’s worked. The first step is to master your mind. You master the way you think. The second is to master your fear. You have to overcome your fears, your blocks and the things that hold you back. The third phase is to master your fluency and your influence...knowing how to speak in order to articulate your words. Fourth, I show you how to build a presentation, how to share your story and how to talk about yourself and your life. The fifth phase is how to master public speaking, whether it's on stage in front of a large audience or on a zoom meeting and how to actually speak with confidence, without fear and be able to articulate your words. Lastly, the sixth phase is how to master the art of socializing.

In this episode, I want to discuss mastering your mind. If you can’t control what’s going on in your mind, you’re not going to be able to control your stutter. In order to control your stutter, you need to control your thoughts and the way you think. Mastering your mind is a vital skill set to achieve your goals in life.
