We explore what giving yourself compassion looks like on a daily basis by speaking kindly to yourself, asking your inner critic voice to be gentle, and treating yourself as you would a close friend. We offer a tool to comfort yourself when you are experiencing difficult emotions. The tool walks you through mindfulness, a sense of common humanity, and love.
