The end times - God is not a destroyer; he is a restorer.
In some circles, when this topic is brought up, many horrifying images come up. Things like atomic bombs, war, death, and destruction. We are here to tell you that things may happen out there, because it is still a fallen world, however God’s plan is not to destroy people and the earth.
Last time I checked, it is called the good news, not the gloom and doom news. You can get plenty of that in the secular media. If it is the good news, then we must step back and look at the Bible and look at God from a different perspective. He is a God of unconditional love and grace, not a God of death and destruction of people and the earth. The only thing God wants to destroy is the evil found in fleshly man. God is a consuming fire. What is he consuming? He is consuming all the hay, wood, and stubble in our lives. He loves us so much that anything in our life that doesn’t look like him, he wants to help us do away with it.
