What comes to mind when you think of leaders? Maybe particular people or specific titles individuals hold come to mind. But I've discovered that you can't always determine a great leader by the title after their name, the size of their office (or whether they even have an office), or how many people answer to them. You're just as likely to find great leaders on the shop floor as you are in the corner suite. The best leaders find the potential in processes and others, and are willing to step up to develop that potential. I hope after today's podcast you realize that YOU are meant to lead.
