Ann and I take this time to dig in to the A3 proposal, where it came from, what it is, and where it's going.

ANN M. LEINER is the President & Chief Connection Officer at Stacey & Associates

For 30 years, Ann has facilitated capital projects that have changed the face of communities and institutions. After leading business development efforts for design and construction firms, she founded the Stacey & Associates consultancy in 2004 to assist AEC industry professionals in their pursuit of new and expanded business opportunities. Her firm represents architects, engineers, and construction companies that range from as small as 13 to as many as 1300 employees.

Ann routinely engages with building owners throughout the Mid Atlantic to consult on capital project planning and professional selections. Known for her creative problem solving and networking abilities, she is often sought after to connect facility owners, designers, and construction professionals with the right projects.

Recognized as one of the “Top 50 Women in Business in Pennsylvania”, Ann holds leadership positions with several non-profit organizations at the local, state and national level. She earned degrees from Albion College in Michigan and The Pennsylvania State University. Ann resides with her husband and two sassy shiba inus in Harrisburg, PA.
