Summer means the County Fair, and a large portion of the ag community participates in the event somehow. Fairs are known for 4-H, the Carnival rides, and the somewhat lesser known Open Class or "Home and Family" exhibits. The director of the open class building at the Kosciusko County Fair stops by the studio this week to chat about fairs, open class, why people involve themselves and why more people should.
