You are either training your CAs (and other team members) for their role... or you are teaching them to let them SHINE inside your business.   If I had a choice, I rather have team members who take ownership of their roles and responsibilities rather than creating RULES for them to follow.   I want my team members to have the autonomy to make decisions that are best for the business rather than follow a set of "systems" that restrict them.   It is easy to SAY... harder to CREATE.   To create it - you need to hire and train your CAs with the purpose of CULTURE.
