What does God want during this time? I hear Him saying, "Disconnect". Disconnect from busyness, from unnecessary things. Redirect our time and attention from the things of the world to heavenly things. This episode is an interactive prayer time with the first 9 verses of Psalm 116. There is a call to speak to yourself, "Return to your rest, my soul, for the LORD has been good to you."
