This was chosen to highlight the focus of our conversation. We are honored to have one of our mentors and good friend Steve Cannon join us. Steve is an author and speaker, and he also serves as an Elder and Minister with the Rise Church in Indianapolis, Indiana.
We ask Steve to define what mentorship is and to share personally what he believes are some benefits of implementing mentorship as a part of your personal and professional growth. He also addresses what a successful and health mentorship looks like. It is crucial that both communication and expectations are clear. What is the growth plan?
