Episode 43  is a continuation of  our journey into the mysterious world of the Grassy Knoll and the idea of a conspiracy.  This episode is the first episode in  a two part series covering  Julia Ann Mercer, who was traveling through the plaza  about ninety minutes before the assassination.  What this  young lady witnessed as her car was stopped in the plaza is possibly one of the most fantastic  and far out scenarios  of the JFK story.  Mercer never sought the publicity that came with other celebrity witnesses and she  was rumored to have gone into some level of seclusion after the assassination.  She is categorized as a part of a coterie of witnesses that were never called to testify before the Warren Commission but may be critical to  understanding what really happened that day.   As a juror, you will have to  make your own conclusions on this one!  These episodes  begin to explore  an array of matters that   dive into a deeper  darkness  related to what  went on that day in Dallas,  matters   that possibly point  to a  wider  and more sinister  plot to kill the president.   Complex cases without  an eyewitness that can actually identify the shooter make the forensic and circumstantial evidence that much more important.  Ironically, problems abound with much of the evidence in this case.
