July was a fun month! I open with celebrations, which feature both of my grandmothers. You'll hear plenty to laugh at as I rant about upgrading my cell phone and losing internet service for almost two days. Then, I wrap up with answers to questions about the time it takes to create a podcast episode and what to expect in August. 

Laughing Matters is published at the end of each month. It's the end-of-the-month highlights and includes four segments: celebrations, libation of the month, rants, and questions and answers. Celebrations are about intentionally forming a habit of noticing and acknowledging the good in you, in your life, and in your sphere of influence. The libation of the month is based on whatever I fancy or feel inspired by at the time. I share step-by-step instructions and you can mix right along with me. Rants are about anything I find funny and want to share. Then, I wrap up by answering questions received from listeners throughout the month.
