Show Notes:

Chocolate Salty Balls:

1 cup Nuts (Pistachios, Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts, Etc. - MIX EM UP!)

3 TBL Cashew Butter (or nut butter of your choice)

2/3 cup Almond Pulp (from making Almond Milk)

1/2 cup chopped, pitted Dates

1/3 cup Cacao Powder (or Cocoa Powder)

2 TBL Seeds (We used Flax Seeds)

1/2 tsp Salt (to taste)

3 TBL seeds (to roll balls in) - Toasted Sesame, Chia, Hemp

Put nuts in food processor first, grind until chunky powder, then add other ingredients and pulse until mixed. Place mixture in fridge for 15 mins, until it has slightly firmed up. Remove mix from food processor and roll in to 1" balls - roll in seeds until fully coated. GET creative with it - add goji berries, raisins, coconut, GIN...(kidding...maybe not)
