This week's episode is a vulnerable share from a conversation with my best friend Alexis to share my "coming out" story. 

 

In celebration of Pride month I wanted to share my story as openly as possible for the first time in hopes that it will help anyone else on this journey who resonates with what I went through and could use some perspective from the lessons that I learned along the way. 

 

In this episode I share about my pansexuality, struggling with eating disorder and what it was like to be in an open relationship.
