I discuss why ‘perfect’ doesn’t even exist when it comes to exercise. I also talk about why focussing on perfection is missing the bigger picture, which is that most women are not getting enough exercise, particularly when it comes to strength training.

I share why I’d much rather my clients build an imperfect yet consistent exercise routine than a perfect but irregular one, and how you can do the same.
