Listen to your body.

For general population:

  • sick - don't train.
  • poor sleep - don't train
  • not getting to eat or drink sufficiently - don't train
  • stressed out at home - don't train

Just go for a walk or pick an easier activity on the body. Training is a good stressor on the body, when done at the right times. Too much stress and something has to give.
