Today’s episode is on the urge to purge. After doing a massive amount of organizing, purging, and cleaning I felt like I needed a reward!

The recipe is one that I kinda came up with.

Two apples

1 stick of butter

About 1/2 cup brown sugar

Cinnamon

Vanilla

One box yellow cake mix (and the ingredients needed to make it)

Melt the butter and then mix in sugar, a dash of vanilla and cinnamon. Put this on the bottom of a well sprayed spring form pan (9 in).

Thinly slice the apples and place on top of the caramel. Mix up the yellow cake mix according to the instructions and pour on top of the apples.

Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
