Payton is a 5th year senior at OU. She is a One time All big 12 first team and Newcomer of the Year, as well as one time Big 12 champion; a One time All SEC second team, and an Animal lover/proud bunny owner.

Payton Became a Sooner fan Through following HC Coach Jennie Baranczyk from Drake to Oklahoma.

Her fave sooner memory is Winning out round of 32 game vs Iowa this past year NCAA tourney at home and advancing to the Sweet 16.
