Let’s say you are a one-man band, or you are simply planning out your own career, or you have a small business with just a half-dozen employees.  Do you need such a “high-flown” concept as a STRATEGIC PLAN?  Isn’t that just for big corporations or governments? Nope.  If you have GOALS, if you have PURPOSES, you need a strategic plan if you want to get there, period!   But don’t get the idea you need three years of college to create one, or have to hire a specialist to lay one out for you.  It’s much simpler than you think!
