In 2013, 21yr old Elisa was reported missing for over one month. She had been staying at the infamous Cecil Hotel at the time of her disappearance. Unfortunately, her body was later found in one of the rooftop water tanks. What makes this case all the more unnerving, there was video surveillance of Elisa in an elevator acting very bizarre. So many questions remain unanswered regarding this one!
