In 2018, Lauren McCluskey was murdered by her ex-boyfriend, Melvin Rowland, on the University of Utah campus. Rowland had lied to her about who he was and the fact that he was a registered sex offender on parole. Multiple reports were made to both campus police and the Salt Lake City Police Department prior to her death, but no one took Lauren's concerns seriously. This week Courtney and Jaclyn tell the tragic story of this beautiful girl's death and the policy changes that have occurred as a result of her murder.
