Today’s episode is an exploration of how we label things as “Spiritual.” I reflect on how I’m still de-conditioning my capitalist mindset and re-programming it to live a life of true freedom in the feminine flow. Warning: I do nerd out about sailboats in this episode. I discuss how we want to label everything from pop-tarts to meditation to smoking weed to either “spiritual” or, “not spiritual.” I also reflect on some interesting Tik Tok drama going down in the queer femme community and I offer you an opinion about it that you didn’t ask for!
