Chris is a former LPGA tour caddie, and college golf coach. He currently works as a master resilience trainer-performance expert a Ft. Irwin in California. Chris Obtained his masters from Georgia Southern in sport psychology (2009) and while there he worked as an assistant coach and consultant to the baseball program. After graduating he has worked in the mental performance field with athletes of varying sport and age.
Chris has studied neuro and biofeedback for peak performance and as a remedy for concussions and PTSD, which can be used to support military professionals and veterans. He is also interested in mindfulness based practices. -- On this episode Chris discusses some of these interests and how he helps to keep athletes in the moment.
