Amanda— I’m a part owner and manager of a popular restaurant that is going through tough economic times right now.. At the moment we are shut but when we open next month (hopefully) I’m so worried our regular customers won’t dine as much.
We don’t do any marketing because we haven’t needed to in the past… and of course now the bills are mounting up and I’m worried we might go broke.
What would you suggest?
I believe every entrepreneur can relate to this question in some way— I know I’ve certainly been in Michelles shoes more times than I wish to recall.
