Hell Ya interviews August "4 Mile" Warren. August and Hell Ya met in 2018 on the Appalachian Trail and hiked the last 1,500 miles together as well as the entirety of the Colorado Trail in 2019. August set off on his AT journey at the age of 18,  alone and immediately after graduating high school. They talk about silly trail stories, other long distance hikes and lessons learned on the trail.
