Tonight we sat down with the baddest man in the north, Ally Mackinnion. 

Ally is a good friend of ours, fierce competitor and a lovable giant. We chat through his experiences competing at the European regionals, standing on the podium twice within the new Sanctional format with The Athlete Program, his dominance in the local competition scene and whats next for his gym, Base Fitness.
