Being a perfectionist is good, right? 

It means that you are meticulous, careful, professional and above all, willing to go above and beyond.

Or does it?

Perfectionism is a form of mental anguish that actually increases stress and reduces productivity. Perfectionists suffer mental and physical consequences. Striving for the impossibility of perfection leaves its disciples defeated, depressed and even suicidal. 

Fear of failure, low self-esteem, defensiveness and a host of other symptoms crop up when we go down the path of perfectionism. 

Can you relate?

In this episode, I tackle the reasons why perfectionism is draining and what it looks like in our lives. I also give you tips and techniques to combat perfectionism.
