About Michelle G. Moss
Ms. Moss has been in practice for 19+ years and has extensive experience in civil trial and litigation in Florida state and Federal courts. She founded Johnson Moss L.L.C. in May 2014 to focus on intellectual property and computer and internet law. Her intellectual property practice includes copyright and trademark registration, the preparation of confidentiality or nondisclosure agreements as well as litigation of claims involving copyright, trademark, and trade dress infringement, and trade secret misappropriation. Ms. Moss's computer and internet law practice includes claims involving internet trespass, defamation, civil liability for online content the preparation of website terms of use, privacy policies, computer/internet usage policies, and End User License Agreements (EULAs) for mobile applications and computer software.
She obtained her Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1995 and spent five years on active duty in the U.S. Air Force.  After this, she obtained her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2003. Later, she was admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as all state and Federal Courts in Florida.
Ms. Moss was recognized as a Florida Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers in 2010-2011. She is also rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell and is a member of the Florida Bar Business Law Section, the Orange County Bar Association, The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando, The Oviedo Winter Springs Chamber of Commerce, and the African American Chamber of Commerce.
